现代的很多瑜伽修炼者（包括老大您自己）越来越追求各种体式的炫技（实际上体式在瑜伽八分支中仅仅属于前面基础的第三分支，
本意是大家围着导师一圈坐下来，除了婆罗门其它低种姓是无权修炼的，后来为了推广瑜伽便有了以身体的各种扭曲动作为主的瑜伽，因为大多数人坐下后很难静下来，只有通过身体的极限动作才能入定，况且也不是体式难度越高越有成就），
完全偏离了瑜伽是通过各种分支（包括体式呼吸专注等）以致三摩地从而直达生命哲理的。。。
尤其是瑜伽界普遍的商业化的运作，在名和利的驱使下很多掌门人早已忘掉了初心导致各种身心疲惫透支，发生这种事情并不稀奇。。。谢谢
